Not downloading for me. Just a blank page saying "ERROR!"

  Whilst the resource does seem to be downloading normally for me here, I can see other customers have also experienced download problems with the resource. I can't access this resource. This keeps happening with my account. I didn't mind at first but this is the 4th time in less than a week I can't access a resource!!!
